LIQUIDS - Filter Cartridges WCC Wound Series have a flow path from outside to inside and furnished in the Type 61V Vertical Liquid Filter for removal of solid contaminants from a liquid process stream. Filter applications vary widely and a range of filter cartridge materials and particle retention sizes are available.

LIQUIDS - Filter Cartridges WHFP High Flow Pleated Series are designed to be provided in the Type 61 Liquid Filter for high flow liquid applications in either vertical or horizontal configurations.  With inside to outside flow direction, these filters remove unwanted solid contaminants from liquid process flows.  The large diameter design offers higher liquid flow rates and maximum surface area for longer service life between cartridge change-outs.  To meet industry demands, a large selection of materials, lengths, particle size retentions, and efficiency ratings are available.

 

LIQUIDS - Filter Cartridges WLP-L Pleated Series are designed to be provided in the Type 61V Vertical Liquid Filter for removal of unwanted solid contaminants in stringent industrial liquid process applications.  A large selection of materials, diameters, lengths, end caps/treatments, efficiency ratings, and particle size retentions are available.  The pleated design offers the maximum surface area for longer service life between cartridge change-outs.

 

LIQUIDS - Filter Cartridges WLST Pleated Stainless Steel Series with stainless steel wire mesh construction, the WLST pleated series filter cartridges are designed to perform in applications outside the range of other filter medias.  These cartridges can be provided in the Winston/Royal Guard Type 61V vertical and Type 61H horizontal Liquid Filtration units for removal of solid contaminants in industrial filtration applications with harsh, corrosive and/or high temperature liquids. 

 

GAS - Filter Cartridges WCL536 (0.3) with molded fiberglass tube and 0.3 micron rating at 99.9% efficiency have a flow path from outside to inside and furnished in the Type 150 Filter-Separator for removal of aerosol size and larger liquid and solid particles from natural gas. These filters are also furnished in the Type 65 Dry Gas Filter for removal of solid particles such as rust, scale, and dust.

GAS - Filter Cartridges WCL536 (1) with molded fiberglass tube and a 1 micron rating have a flow path from outside to inside and furnished in the Type 150 Filter-Separator for removal of aerosol size and larger liquid and solid particles from natural gas. These filters are also furnished in the Type 65 Dry Gas Filter for removal of solid particles such as rust, scale, and dust.

GAS - Filter Cartridges WMGL536 Series microglass filtration and coalescing cartridges with a rating of 0.3 micron or 1 micron at 99.9% efficiency have a flow path from outside to inside and furnished in the Type 150 Filter-Separator for removal of aerosol size and larger liquid and solid particles from natural gas.

GAS - Filter Cartridges WP-L436b Series with pleated polypropylene or polyester media have a flow path from outside to inside.  These are recommended in the Type 65 Dry Gas Filter for longer service life between cartridge change-outs resulting in lower maintenance cost and reduction in lost gas revenues.  Available is the WP-L436b1 filter cartridge (99.9% efficiency) or the WP-L436b5 filter cartridge (99.98% efficiency).  Both are for removal of 1 micron and larger solid particles such as rust, scale, and dust from dry gas.

GAS - WBPEL Series Basket-Type Filter Cartridge with pleated polyester media and absolute rated at 99.9% efficiency.  Flow is from inside to outside so as to capture particulates inside the basket for change-out through the top of the vessel without spillage.

For Type 65BT Dry Gas Filter for removal of solid particles such as rust, scale, and dust from a natural gas stream.

GAS - Coalescing Cartridges WCL536R Series available in 0.3 or 1 micron ratings at 99.9% efficiency with a flow path from inside to outside and furnished in the Winston/Royal Guard Type 140 Gas-Liquid Coalescer for removal of aerosol particles including lube oil from a natural gas stream. Extremely fine solids will also be captured.  Available with the optional "ET" dual purpose top cap for securing the cartridge in place and easy removal with the extractor tool.

GAS - Coalescing Cartridges WP-L536Rb Pleated Series gas-liquid coalescing cartridges offer excellent coalescing properties and longer service life between change-outs.  The WPML536Rb5 is rated at 99.98% efficiency with a microglass pleat for most applications.  The WPPL536Rb1 is rated at 99.9% efficiency with a polypropylene pleat for applications with trace amounts of amine in the gas stream.  With 0.3 micron rating these coalescing cartridges have a flow path from inside to outside and may be furnished in the Winston/Royal Guard Type 140 Gas-Liquid Coalescer for removal of aerosol particles from a natural gas stream. Extremely fine solids will also be captured.  Available with the optional "ET" dual purpose top cap for securing the cartridge in place and easy removal with the extractor tool.

GAS - Coalescing Cartridges W--L536Rb-ET Series with "ET" Top Cap, are gas-liquid coalescing cartridges designed for easy removal and replacement in the Type 140 Gas-Liquid Coalescer.  The dual purpose top cap is ideal for securing the cartridge in place and easy removal with the extractor tool.  The cartridges are provided in either a pleated or depth media and offer excellent coalescing properties with maximum removal of liquid and solid particles 0.3 micron and larger from gas or air.  Available in a microglass depth or pleated media, or a polypropylene pleated media, these cartridges have a flow path from inside to outside.

LIQUIDS - Liquid-Liquid Phase Coalescer and Separator cartridges for effective removal of trace amounts of aqueous solutions from a liquid hydrocarbon stream

Provided in the Winston/Royal Guard Type 62-CC-2S Liquid-Liquid Coalescer Separator for effective separation of two immiscible liquids such as water from a hydrocarbon.  Applications include removing small amounts of water from oil, condensates, kerosene, gasoline, diesel and other liquid products in the refining, petrochemical, and oil and gas industries.

LIQUIDS - Carbon Canisters WCFL-1122 Series with activated virgin carbon are furnished in the Type 61V-C Vertical Liquid Filter to remove dissolved hydrocarbons and other impurities from amine and glycol processes for the prevention of foaming and reduction of corrosion.
