For Winston/Royal Guard Type 140 Gas Liquid Coalescers

Coalescer Cartridges for Type 140 Gas Liquid Coalescer with ET top cap option shownThe WP-L536Rb pleated series gas-liquid coalescing cartridges are designed for maximum removal of liquid and solid particles 0.3 micron and larger from gas or air.  Contaminants removed include liquid hydrocarbons, water, amine, glycol, and extremely fine solid particulate matter.  The Winston/Royal Guard pleated cartridges offer excellent coalescing properties and long service life between change-outs.

For use in the type 140 Gas-Liquid coalescer, these cartridges are recommended for applications where efficiency is critical.  Applications include recovery of compressor lube oil, glycol and amine mist carryover, and contaminant protection for equipment, catalyst beds and other critical applications in gas production, transportation and processing industries.  These coalescing cartridges are furnished in the 99.98% rated microglass for most applications, or in the 99.9% rated polypropylene for applications with trace amounts of amine in the gas stream.

For maximum efficiency these cartridges are rated to either:

·  Microglass:  99.98% removal of liquid and solid particles 0.3 micron and larger.

·  Polypropylene:  99.9% removal of liquid and solid particles 0.3 micron and larger.

OPTIONAL “ET” Top Cap:

Optional “ET” Top Cap for easy cartridge removal with the extractor tool from the top area of the open coalescer vessel.  The dual use top cap allows for cartridge installation with lock risers, which secure the cartridges in place and allow for loosening at the top of the vessel.

Benefits:
  • Maximum protection for processes, equipment, and catalysts.
  • Recovers carried-over liquids such as lube oil, amine, and glycol.
